Pork carre with roasted potatoes, marinated mushrooms and pepper sauce

Raw produce is grown in Estonian (Oskar, Rakvere). Sirloin is characterized by a very clean cut, solid lean meat, smooth and uniform appearance.

Meat is the king of food, the basis for a properly full stomach and the prerequisite of the complete diet. Pork is the foundation of Estonian cooking. Domestic meat is fresh and of good quality.

Pork has held a specific place on the Estonian food table throughout the ages. The dish combines a taste experience – meat, pickled mushrooms and pepper sauce. Simple, yet delicious!
